SNAP Your Habits! 12/18/2015 SNAP is the acronym for Spontaneous Neural Association Protocol and it's the Secret Sauce in the 7 Minute Habit Program. This idea came oddly enough from a combination of Martial Arts training and the Pink Panther movies. In martial arts it is well known that repetition develops technique but the ultimate goal of most martial arts is to defend yourself in a real life or death situation and this means being able to respond to a threat with the correct techniques.
